• October 2014 Breast Friends will attend the International Breast Cancer Paddlers’ Commission Dragon Boat Festival in Sarasota, Florida.  The IBCPC is pleased to announce the teams of Pink Dragon Ladies (PDL) from Tampa Bay and Save Our Sisters (SOS) from Miami are the successful joint-bidders for the next IBCPC festival. Pink Dragon Ladies will be marking their tenth anniversary in 2014.
